Makes 8 bars
Ingredients
⅓ cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup honey
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 scoops Creamy Vanilla Else
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp water
2 cups rolled oats
½ cup raisins
Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter, honey, vanilla, Else, cinnamon, and water.
- Mix in oats and raisins. Mixture will be thick.
- Spread mixture in loaf pan and press down with spatula to create an even layer. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the pan and slice into 8 bars. Keep leftovers stored in the refrigerator.
