Brownie Batter Hummus

Makes 1 ¾ cups hummus


1 can chickpeas, drained

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 scoops Dreamy Chocolate Else

7 tbsp coconut sugar

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 tbsp water

Chocolate chips, optional for garnish



  1. Add chickpeas, coconut oil, cocoa powder, chocolate Else, coconut sugar, vanilla, and water to the bowl of a food processor. Process ingredients, pausing to scrape sides of bowl as needed, until well blended and no pieces of chickpea remain. If the mixture is too thick, add more water 1 teaspoon at a time to thin to desired consistency.
  2. Transfer hummus to a serving dish. Garnish with chocolate chips, if desired, and serve with an assortment of fruit or crackers for dipping. Store hummus in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
