Hidden Veggie Smoothie

Makes 2 smoothies, about 10 ounces each


1/2 cup milk of choice 

½ avocado

1 cup zucchini sliced into rounds (about 1 small zucchini)

1 cup frozen spinach

1 tbsp chia seeds

4 medjool dates

2 scoops Dreamy Chocolate Else

2 tbsp cocoa powder

½ cup ice cubes



  1. Place milk, avocado, zucchini, spinach, chia seeds, dates, Else, cocoa powder, and ice into a high-speed blender and process on high speed until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Divide between two glasses and enjoy.
