Chocolate Coconut Chia Pudding

Makes 2 servings


3/4 cup almond milk

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 scoops Dreamy Chocolate Else

2 tbsp maple syrup

¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

¼ cup chia seeds

¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips, for topping



  1. Whisk together almond milk, cocoa powder, Else, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds. Fold in the shredded coconut.
  2. Place mixture in a sealed container in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Stir and top with chocolate chips, if desired, before serving.
