Mango Smoothie by My Little Food Critic

This smoothie is a way to reminisce on summer and tropical beaches. It’s made with Else Plant-Powered Kids Shake Mix - Mango Chia flavor. A delicious and nutritious snack or breakfast for your little ones filled with whole food nutrition - and a yummy taste!



1 cup milk of choice 

1/4 cup rolled oats

5 scoops @elsenutrition kids shake in mango chia

1 cup frozen mango 

1 tbsp honey (optional) 



Add all of the ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth. If you would like a thinner smoothie, add an extra 1/4 cup of milk. 

Serve and enjoy!
